Mid-Plains cares about your community as much as you do. We want to help give back to the Nebraska counties and communities we serve. By partnering your charity, church, or school with the Mid-Plains on-line auctioning platform, free of charge, we can do just that. Best of all the winning bidder’s payment can also be tax deductible.
Partnering with Mid-Plains to raise money for your organization is very simple. Each charitable organization is evaluated on a case-by-case scenario. To ensure the funds are going directly to a true charity, church, or school your organization must be able to supply Mid-Plains Land & Realty, Inc. with proof of being a registered 501(c)(3) entity, be in good standing with the county or community it is located at, and is subject to Mid-Plains Land & Realty, Inc.’s final approval. To ensure our Charity Auctions remain effective, we also limit the number of auctions within each Nebraska county and community annually.
Once the auction is completed, your organization is responsible for receiving the direct payment from the winning bidder, or bidders, so that the payment remains tax deductible for the winner. The partnering entity is also be responsible for providing the winning bidder, or bidders, with the auctioned item.
